Returns
We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused and unwashed
- In its original condition
- Free from stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks or damage
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Customized or altered items
- Gift cards, if offered
How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact us at geetika@murrllii.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Do not send a return without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Murrllii cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Murrllii.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at geetika@murrllii.com with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
If you need another size or item, please contact us at geetika@murrllii.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import charges or other fees associated with international orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
