At Murrllii, we carefully prepare and package each order before it begins its journey to you. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Processing times may be longer during launches, promotional periods, holidays, or unusually high order volumes.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.
Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship throughout Canada.
Standard Shipping: $15 CAD
Free Standard Shipping: Available on eligible Canadian orders of $200 CAD or more after applicable discounts.
Shipping charges and eligibility for free shipping are calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery times shown or communicated are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside Murrllii’s control.
United States Shipping
We currently offer standard shipping to the United States for $30 CAD.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for reviewing any customs, import, duty, or other charges that may apply to their shipment unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Murrllii is not responsible for delays caused by customs or border processing.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible orders.
If you select local pickup at checkout, please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup before arriving.
Pickup instructions and location details will be provided directly to the customer after the order has been prepared.
Please do not arrive for pickup without confirmation.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing the order.
Please allow some time after receiving the shipping confirmation for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
Once a package is in transit, delivery updates are controlled by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at geetika@murrllii.com as soon as possible.
We will try to make the correction if the order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.
If an order is returned to Murrllii because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Delayed Packages
Carrier delays can occasionally occur because of weather, high shipping volumes, customs processing, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your tracking information has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact us and we will help you review the shipment information available to us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact geetika@murrllii.com as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the package and damaged item
If tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location, with household members, and with the carrier.

Returns
Shipping-related returns are also subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Murrllii or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Shipping to other countries is not currently available through our website.
